About OCM

We didn't start with an app.
We started with a
question

Why should families in rural India travel for hours just to speak with a qualified doctor? Why should a child's fever become serious before medical help arrives?

Online Chikitsa Mitra is the healthcare solution we've been building since 2016.

The journey

OCM Digital Healthcare Journey in India

Ten years of figuring it out in the field.

2016

Incorporated • Centres with diagnostics established

Salubrious Technologies is incorporated with a clear mission: make quality healthcare accessible across India. Diagnostic centres are established from the outset, grounding the company in real clinical infrastructure from day one.

2017

Healthcare hubs established

The first network of healthcare hubs goes live, extending the reach of diagnostic and consultation services to underserved communities beyond the initial centres.

2019

Pilot e-Clinic at medical stores

A first-of-its-kind model: e-Clinic kiosks piloted inside medical stores (pharmacies), turning trusted neighbourhood health touchpoints into full teleconsultation hubs.

2021

Expansion into Uttar Pradesh

Salubrious begins its northward expansion, establishing a presence in Uttar Pradesh — one of India's most medically underserved states — bringing the platform to a new scale of patients and practitioners.

2022

Multi-state expansion • MSO partnerships

The network grows beyond UP as Salubrious partners with MSOs (Medical Store Owners) across multiple Indian states, creating a distributed, pharmacy-anchored care delivery network at scale.

2024

Amarnath Yatra health camps

Salubrious sets up healthcare camps at the Amarnath Yatra, one of India's most demanding pilgrimages, providing medical services to lakhs of devotees in high-altitude, logistically challenging conditions.

2025

Mahakumbh • Online Chikitsa Mitra app launched

Healthcare services deployed at Mahakumbh 2025 — the world's largest human gathering. Simultaneously, the Online Chikitsa Mitra mobile app launches, putting the full platform in the hands of doctors across India.

2026

Doctors platform live • New projects underway

The dedicated doctors platform goes live, creating a professional network and practice-management layer for independent practitioners. New initiatives are in progress as Salubrious continues to build infrastructure for India's health ecosystem.
